Domestic Sewing Machine
Domestic sewing machine and shared work table. There are 4 bookable domestic sewing machines: - 2 Janome machines for light- to medium-weight fabric - 2 Singer HD machines for light to heavy weight fabric. * Orientation and Quiz on Moodle are required before using the equipment.
Extra Heavyweight Industrial Juki
Industrial sewing machine for extra-heavyweight fabrics (very heavy nylon, many layers of webbing or heavy fabrics, some foams, etc.). Heavyweight Juki 'Electronic' Industrial
Heavyweight Juki (formerly "Electronic Juki") industrial machine and a space at the shared work table. For heavyweight fabrics (heavy canvas, nylon, webbing, leather, etc.). Equipment orientation and practical is required before using the industrial sewing machines.

Specialized Industrial Sewing Machines
Technician hours only. Specialized industrial sewing machines: mid-weight machine, zig-zag machine, industrial serger, cylinder machine. Industrial orientation and practical required before use.
Technician Consultation
Select this to book a 20-minute consultation with a Tech, for school projects only (no personal projects). If you have a work session booked during Technician hours, you don't need to book a separate consultation. We can consult with you during that booking.

Digital Embroidery meeting
REQUEST to meet with Technician about Digital Embroidery. Technician will email you to confirm booking.
Digital Embroidery or weaving consultation
School projects only (not for personal projects). Up to 12 hours beforehand, book a consult with a tech to discuss a possible digital embroidery or weaving . Bring sketches or inspiration images for your project. Less than 12 hours ahead, email or stop by shop to book with Tech.
