Really thrilled with the outcome of yesterday. Ached all over by evening applied ice packs as suggested 10 min 2 hours apart. Was able to sleep on my right side for over three hours, first time in a very long long time. Awoke with no severe pain. Even my left shoulder did not hurt so much. You rock Suzanne.
