The online appointment website was easy to navigate. The oil change started and finished on time. No surprises

I have an oil leak since my service and there were huge oily fingerprints on the passenger side interior door after putting the cabin air filter back into my car.

There was a massive amount of parking lot construction going on, making it very hazardous to drive in the area. This is not a fault of the staff or anyone on site, but when something that massive is going on, corporate should close the location for the day. I literally had to drive under a pavement laying machine to exit the parking area.
