Stephan’s Home Comfort Services was founded by Hung Nguyen, who began his enterprise by repairing and installing refrigeration systems, air conditioners, and heaters for the Vietnamese community of Little Saigon in Garden Grove in 1988. Now an HVAC specialist for nearly 25 years, Hung has expanded the business throughout the remainder of Orange County and all of Southern California.
