I've been having problems at the Covington location with customer service. With how expensive the prices are here, I have pretty high expectations. Those expectations were not even close to being met. I think the front desk guy was named Lance? The main thing is how burdened he continues to feel when I bring my car in and describe the problems its having. Hard to come back after those experiences.
