Founder & CEO
Arash is at the forefront of business growth. Before Yocale, he oversaw a half-billion dollar portfolio of enterprise and SMB business solutions at Aptean as Executive Vice President of Business Solutions & Strategic Alliances. He also grew the company’s largest global division to profitability and held roles including EVP Professional Services, Worldwide VP of CRM, and VP Sales Consulting. Recognized as a pragmatic and transformational leader, Arash has a unique blend of technology, business development, corporate and finance experience. Arash is honored to have been named the Business in Vancouver’s Top Forty under 40 business executive. In his free time, you can find Arash traveling, biking, skiing, taking photos, or at the gym.
Pourang Taheri
Managing Partner
Pourang comes with a wealth of experience in the financial services sector, having raised over $20M in capital. He is the Co-founder of TK Consulting, a financial services company serving over 300 small and medium-sized companies.

He is also the CFO of Hera Investment Fund and Blue Castle Investments. Previously, he was a partner at Abana Capital Investments and worked as a controller for Corriente Resources that was later acquired for $1B.

For the past 2 decades, Aydin devised strategic initiatives and built high-performing teams that impacted operational effectiveness, business efficiency and productivity, and profitable, sustainable, scalable growth. He partnered with 2 of the world’s largest private equity firms – Bain Capital and Vista Equity Partners – on M&A and exit strategies.

His insight and leadership influenced the decisions of business owners, private equity firms, investors, and C-suite executive teams, and impacted operations in North America, Latin America, the United Kingdom, and other global locations.

Founder & VP of Engineering
With over 25 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership, Amir has been the driving force behind Yocale’s innovative platform. As the Founder and VP of Engineering, he blends deep technical expertise with a visionary mindset to build scalable solutions that empower businesses to thrive. His commitment to excellence and user-centric design has played a pivotal role in shaping Yocale into a trusted name in business management software.

Amir holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and has built his career at the intersection of engineering innovation and business strategy. When he’s not leading engineering initiatives, Amir enjoys perfecting his swing on the golf course.
