What are integrated payments?

Integrated payments means connecting your card transactions to your appointments, services, and clients - with clear, downloadable, and customizable transaction reports.

No more secondary POS system or accounting software to track what happens when you get paid. 

When a client pays you by card, that transaction is automatically tracked against their profile, in your invoices, and in rich payment reports.

Starting in September, here's what our first release looks like:

Deposits & Prepayments

  • Collect full prepayments at booking.

Releasing in early November

Following very shortly at the start of November will be fully integrated card terminals. That means you can have a complete POS solution that is directly connected to Yocale. Accept all major card types including Google & Apple Pay - on a sleek, modern machine that's plugged into your services, with fully customizable tipping options.

Releasing later in November

The end of November is the beginning of our advanced monetization update - adding in the ability to sell flexible gift cards, with or without an associated appointment. Additionally, your dispute & refund functions will get an upgrade with partial refunds.

A: You can view your current balance and next payout date directly in your Yocale dashboard. For faster access to your funds, you can opt-in for next-day or instant deposits, sent straight to your bank account. (Next-day and instant payouts are based on consistent processing volume and may be subject to additional fees).

Q6: Can I process refunds and handle disputes within Yocale?

A: Yes! The system allows you to process full refunds directly within Yocale, maintaining a clear audit trail. For disputes (chargebacks), you can upload evidence directly through the platform to manage the process seamlessly via Stripe.
